121 Community colleges in New York were evaluated and ranked based on four publicly available data points dealing with accreditation, affordability, academic quality, and student satisfaction, the highest possible ranking score being 100. Stella and Charles Guttman Community College leads this year’s EDsmart ranking with a perfect score of 100. Herkimer County Community College and Columbia-Greene Community College came in second and third, respectively.
