Mike Michalowicz will be speaking about how small business owners can do what they want, when they want, while running their business

Sandy, United States - November 13, 2023 /PressCable/ —

qnectU, Utah's IT, Cybersecurity and Compliance Expert is hosting the Utah Small Business Tech Day on Thursday, November 16 starting at 9am. Business Owner, Author, and Speaker Mike Michalowicz will share his insights on freeing entrepreneurs from day-to-day operations. Drawing from research and experience growing and selling multiple companies, Michalowicz will outline concrete strategies to transform employees into empowered owners.

When asked about the Utah Small Business Tech Day, event host, Greg Mauer, Founder and CEO of qnectU, asks, "Could you step away from your business for a month, and come back to find it running, growing, and profitable? What about 6 months? A year? This is every business owner’s dream, but not every business owner can achieve it."

Attendees to the Utah Small Business Tech Day will have the opportunity to attend a free event where business owners & executives will discover how to get rid of grunt work they don’t like so they can delegate it. They will also learn strategies to empower team members to do more so executives can focus time on becoming more profitable. And most importantly, attendees will learn the steps to take now so they can go on that monthlong vacation in the near future.

One key strategy that is a huge help to small businesses is defining the “Queen Bee Role” for their company. This is the number one activity that any small business should define where all employees work together to support or protect that role. Michalowicz will share examples so business owners and executives can create one, and more importantly, how to get employees motivated to work together in an optimal way.

The event will be streaming live. In addition to Mike Michalowicz, attendees will also learn from AI expert and Siri cofounder Adam Cheyer, and Shark Tank Celebrity Robert Herjavec.
