Angelica Lopez’s bid for a third consecutive Miss Grand International crown ended after she failed to advance to the Top 11 of the 2026 competition. ‎ ‎Her elimination came after the swimsuit round, where delegates strutted the runway in apple-green swimsuits to the tune of Dua Lipa’s “Whatchu Doing.” Côte d’Ivoire claimed the Best in Swimsuit award. ‎ ‎Advancing to the Top 11 were Thailand, Venezuela, the Netherlands, Tanzania, Mexico, Vietnam, Ecuador, Guatemala, Cuba, Côte d’Ivoire and Puerto Rico. ‎
